Data transfer for contract fulfilment
For fulfilment of the contract and insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of ordered goods, we will pass on your data to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery. Depending on which payment service provider you select in the order process, we will forward payment data collected to the credit institution commissioned with the payment and to any payment service providers commissioned by us to process the payments or to the selected payment service. In the event that you create an account there, the selected payment service providers to some extent also collect this data themselves. In such case, you must register during the ordering process with the payment service provider using your credentials. The privacy policy of the respective payment service provider shall apply in such case.


Use of data when registering for the e-mail newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will use the data required or separately provided by you to regularly send you our e-mail newsletter according to your consent. Use of data for postal advertising and your right of objection

Identity and credit checks when selecting Klarna payment services
In the event that you opt for Klarna's payment services, we will ask for your consent to transmit the data required for processing the payment and an identity and credit check to Klarna.
